“Had Lost power to Half My House which is odd. 30 Minutes Later it came back on and was flickering like there was a short. Was worried house would start on fire. This was at 10pm on a Friday called heartland heating and cooling and he got ahold of electrician and he came out at midnight even though he was not on call. Diagnosed the issue and i had lost power to half of my panel and he shut off the appropriate breakers. Told me someone would be out monday morning and they showed up pin pointed area of break. Due to weather conditions and frozen ground they would have to put a temporary line in above ground tell spring. Great Customer Service!!! Highly recommend!!!”
